By using SoilFeed Scheduler ("the Service," "the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Use of the Service
SoilFeed Scheduler is a gardening planning and education tool available at soilfeedscheduler.com and app.soilfeedscheduler.com. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial gardening purposes. You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the Service
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract content from the Service
2. Free and Paid Plans
SoilFeed Scheduler offers a free tier with limited features and paid monthly/annual plans with full access. Features available on each plan are described on the pricing page at soilfeedscheduler.com/#pricing.
3. Payments and Billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected plan (monthly or annual). All prices are in USD.
- Grow plan: $4.99 per month, or $38.99 per year billed annually ($3.24/mo)
- Premium plan: $6.99 per month, or $54.99 per year billed annually ($4.54/mo)
- Farm Pro plan: $12.99 per month, or $99.99 per year billed annually ($8.33/mo)
4. Refunds and Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until then. We offer refunds within 7 days of your initial purchase if you are not satisfied. To request a refund, email soilfeedschedulersupport@gmail.com with your order details.
No refunds are issued for partial billing periods after the 7-day window.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
SoilFeed Scheduler provides gardening guidance based on general horticultural knowledge. This guidance is informational and does not guarantee results. Growing outcomes vary based on climate, soil, individual plant variation, and other factors outside our control. Always follow product labels and consult local extension services for region-specific advice.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoilFeed Scheduler is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including crop loss, property damage, or financial loss.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code in the Service is owned by SoilFeed Scheduler. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Service without written permission.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes by email or in-app notice.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the state in which SoilFeed Scheduler is registered.
